DALLAS — (BUSINESS WIRE) — May 23, 2001–Sun Microsystems names Applied Engineering, Inc. the exclusive Campus Representative for Oklahoma and parts of Texas. As the Campus Representative, Applied Engineering will work with K12 and higher education institutions to provide premium technology solutions for their campuses. This agreement expands Applied Engineering’s partnership with Sun in the education market. Applied Engineering has opened an office in Dallas, which will cover the Texas and Oklahoma territories. In addition to this new territory, Applied Engineering is also the Sun Campus Representative for North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota.
